With the advent and rapid growth of technology, you don't have to go near a school to be knowledgeable. Technology has improved and refined the way we do things in communication, transportation, agriculture, manufacturing, it is only fair she blesses us in education. Well, blessed we are because online courses are here to stay. There are courses short and long, to acquire soft skills, technical skills, BSc and even masters, all in the comfort of your bedroom. Some sites where online courses can be taken include: Udemy, Udacity, Alison, Edx, and many more. Online courses are a fine source of education and refinement with the following added benefits: 1. Less Expensive - with the mounting and scary amount of debt people rack up in the name of going to the University, online courses are a huge source of relief for those who do not want to spend some years of their life paying off debt accrued in the process of getting formal education. Staff rooms are a blessing and a curse! I mean not everyone is going to have the luxury of an office, as in a personal space. Some of us have to be looking at and breathing the same air with other people... Every time. Pause, I don't hate my colleagues. I work a 9 to 5, or in my case, an 8 to 4:00  job. Very convenient and quite enjoyable. I also have my desk in our staff room. This means that I can't escape interactions at my workplace. Now you know that your colleagues can make or mar your work experience. Fortunately, I have no bad colleagues but the diverse personalities man, ugh, kills me sometimes. Some days I laugh throughout the day(actually, there's no day I don't laugh there), some others I argue till my voice cracks, sometimes the things they say leave me wondering how they got here. Anyway, I have decided to round up all the personalities I've experienced since being in the staff room. I'm sure you have met some in your workplace. 1. T

This one is probably one of those "anointed" people because he was one of the most uncharismatic, diffident, forced figures I've seen. Physically - Tall, round man. Dark skinned, good dentition and bald headed. He had a particularly shiny fabric on in a weird, never-seen-before colour. That alone had me triggered. Was he trying to blind us? What kind of material was that anyway and what shade of rainbow was that? I'm kind of a fashion enthusiast please, bear with me. It was too annoying. His shoes were equally shiny, rings on his fingers(some) and a nice watch. Mannerism - Low voice, sorry, feeble then loud, then feeble to whispers. Looking so meek, his hands were mostly one hand on the other palm as if to show his permanent state of confusion. Does he even know how he got to his present position?
